Ordering & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 United States.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days. Large freight items (commercial EV chargers, heavy equipment) take 7–14 business days. You will be contacted to schedule freight deliveries.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states only.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
EV Chargers
What level of EV charger do I need?
Level 2 chargers (240V) are recommended for home use — they charge most EVs overnight. Commercial locations typically require Level 2 or DC Fast Chargers depending on volume.
Will your chargers work with my vehicle?
Our chargers are compatible with all major EV brands including Tesla (with adapter), Ford, GM, Rivian, Hyundai, Kia, BMW and more.
Do I need an electrician to install?
Level 2 home chargers require a 240V outlet installation by a licensed electrician. We can provide guidance on what to ask your electrician.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies. See our full Return Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Inspect your order upon delivery. Report standard damage within 48 hours and freight damage within 24 hours with photos to support@chargeprodirect.com.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
Payments & Financing
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, and ACH Direct Debit.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — Shop Pay Installments allows you to split your purchase into monthly payments at checkout.
