Shipping Policy

Introduction


At Charge Pro Direct, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shipping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to delivery of products purchased from chargeprodirect.com.


Shipping Destinations


We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.


Shipping Costs


Free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
No hidden fees. All costs are displayed at checkout.


Order Processing Time


Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Time


Standard delivery: 5–10 business days after processing.
Large freight items (commercial EV charging stations, heavy equipment): 7–14 business days. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supply chain factors beyond our control.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight carriers for large or heavy items.
All orders include tracking information sent via email once your order ships.
Shipments are insured against loss or damage.


Order Tracking


After your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number, carrier name, and a direct tracking link. For assistance contact us at support@chargeprodirect.com or (781) 604-8685.
Orders over a certain value or large freight deliveries may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or pickup.


Delivery Issues


Delayed or Lost Packages: Contact us if your package exceeds the estimated delivery window. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund if the package is confirmed lost.
Damaged Packages: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged. Standard damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Freight damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Photographs and/or video are required. Claims reported outside these windows may not be valid. For confirmed damaged items, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery of an order without prior authorization, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will not be issued until the item is received and inspected.
Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed. Contact us immediately at support@chargeprodirect.com and we will make every effort to accommodate the request before shipment.


Undeliverable Packages


If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, the order may be subject to a restocking fee.
