At Charge Pro Direct, we offer a variety of secure and convenient payment options. All transactions are processed in USD through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant.

•        Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club

•        Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay

•        Shop Pay — Shopify's express checkout

•        Shop Pay Installments — buy now, pay later (split into monthly payments)

•        PayPal

•        ACH Direct Debit — available for all customers; ideal for large B2B orders

Buy Now, Pay Later

We offer installment payment options through Shop Pay Installments, allowing you to split your purchase into manageable monthly payments at checkout. This is especially useful for larger purchases such as EV charging equipment. Eligibility is determined at checkout.

Payment Security

•        All transactions are protected by SSL/TLS encryption.

•        We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

•        Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which is fully PCI DSS compliant.

Currency

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your bank account is in a different currency, your bank may apply conversion fees.

Order Confirmation

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and receipt. If you do not receive this within 1 hour, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, we may perform verification checks on certain orders. Orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity may be cancelled without notice.

Billing Disputes

If you have a question or dispute about a charge, contact us within 15 days of the transaction date at support@chargeprodirect.com. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond promptly.
