Do I have to buy the full pallet or can I order fewer panels?

What inverter do I need for a 15.6kW array?
You'll need an inverter with at least 15kW of PV input capacity. The Sol-Ark 15K, MidNite TheOne, and Growatt SPH 10000TL are all compatible options depending on your backup requirements. Use Build Your System to size correctly.
How does pallet shipping work?
Panels ship on a freight pallet via LTL carrier. You'll receive a delivery appointment — someone must be present. Inspect all panels before signing the delivery receipt and note any damage.

Large freight items (commercial chargers, battery systems, heavy equipment) ship within 7–14 business days. You will be contacted to schedule freight delivery.
Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Returns & warranty
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Inspect your order upon delivery. Report standard shipping damage within 48 hours and freight damage within 24 hours with photos to support@chargeprodirect.com.
