What inverter do I need for 18.45kW of panels?
You need an inverter with at least 18kW of PV input capacity. The Sol-Ark 15K-2P (19.5kW PV input) and MidNite TheOne (15kW PV input — may require two strings) are examples. Use Build Your System to size correctly for your specific design.
How does pallet freight delivery work?
Panels arrive on a freight pallet via LTL carrier. You'll receive a delivery appointment in advance — someone must be present to receive and inspect. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
What is bifacial gain and does it apply to roof mounts?
Bifacial gain is additional power from rear-side light reflection. It's most significant on ground mounts over gravel, concrete, or snow. Flush roof mounts produce minimal bifacial gain — performance will be close to the 595W nameplate in those installations.

Returns & warranty
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
