Midnite Solar Little Rosie | 3600W Mobile Off-Grid Inverter | American Made
⚠ Before You Buy
This is an off-grid inverter — it cannot export to or draw from the utility grid. It is not suitable for grid-tied homes without significant rewiring. Confirm your application before ordering.
Most off-grid inverters are designed for a fixed installation — bolted to a wall in a utility room, wired into a permanent battery bank. The Little Rosie is different. MidNite Solar built it for applications where the inverter needs to move: RVs, boats, cargo trailers, mobile workshops, and small cabins where the system might be assembled, disassembled, or relocated. The compact, lightweight form factor is the point.
At 3,600W continuous with a 60A battery charger built in, it handles the essential loads for mobile off-grid living — lighting, refrigeration, small appliances, and electronics — without requiring a separate charger component. The multi-voltage battery input (12V, 24V, and 48V) means it works with whatever battery bank you already have or plan to build, without requiring a specific voltage architecture.
MidNite Solar has been manufacturing solar power electronics in Arlington, WA since 2002 — US engineering, US support, and a parts supply chain that doesn't depend on overseas logistics. Use our Build Your System guide to match the battery bank and panels correctly before ordering.

How is the Little Rosie different from the full Rosie?
The Little Rosie is a compact, mobile-optimized 3,600W unit for RVs, boats, and small installations. The full Rosie is a 7,000W unit with 15,000W surge capacity for permanent off-grid homestead installations. If your application is a fixed cabin or homestead, the full Rosie is the appropriate product.
Does it work with lithium batteries?
Yes — compatible with lithium battery banks at 12V, 24V, or 48V. Confirm your lithium BMS communication requirements with MidNite Solar before purchasing if using a managed lithium system.
Can I use it in an RV with an existing shore power connection?
Yes — the built-in 60A charger accepts shore power or generator AC input to charge batteries. When shore power is unavailable, it inverts from battery. Well-suited for RV applications that alternate between campground hookups and boondocking.
Is solar input built in, or do I need a separate charge controller?
The Little Rosie does not include a built-in solar MPPT charge controller. A separate MPPT charge controller (such as the MidNite Classic series) is required if you're charging from solar panels.
