The RUiXU RX-LFP48100 is a 3U rack-mount LiFePO4 battery module — 5.12kWh per unit at 48V 100Ah, UL1973 and UL9540 certified. Rack-mount batteries like this one are used to build scalable battery banks in a 19" server rack enclosure (the RUiXU 6-slot cabinet is available separately). Stack up to 6 modules per rack for up to 30.72kWh per cabinet.
The rack-mount format is popular for installers building custom-sized backup systems — you can start with 2–3 modules and expand later without replacing the enclosure or inverter. UL1973 and UL9540 certifications meet most utility and AHJ requirements for permitted installations.

Do I need a rack enclosure?
Yes — this is a rack-mount module, not a standalone unit. It requires a 19" server rack enclosure to install. The RUiXU 6-slot battery cabinet (sold separately on this site) is designed specifically for this module.
How many modules do I need?
Each module is 5.12kWh. For 20kWh of backup capacity you'd need 4 modules; for a full 6-module rack, 30.72kWh. Size based on your essential load hours — use Build Your System to calculate.
Are UL1973 and UL9540 required for my install?
Most jurisdictions and utilities require UL9540 certification for battery storage systems connected to the grid. UL1973 covers battery system safety. Both certs are required for permitted residential and commercial installs in most US markets.

Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Returns & warranty
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Inspect your order upon delivery. Report standard shipping damage within 48 hours and freight damage within 24 hours with photos to support@chargeprodirect.com.
